Finance Manager – Scandinavia

Kuba is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our Scandinavian operations. Based in Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark, you will own the day-to-day financial operations across Sweden and Denmark, partnering with local leadership and the global finance team to ensure accurate reporting, robust controls and effective business support.

What you'll do - Manage month-end and year-end close for the Scandinavian entities - Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and commentary - Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accuracy of financial records - Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning - Manage project accounting across the Scandinavian portfolio, including revenue, costs, margins, accruals and performance analytics - Oversee cash flow reporting and assist with treasury activities - Support internal and external audits; coordinate documentation and respond to audit queries - Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements - Liaise with external accountants, auditors and tax advisers; prepare VAT and other statutory returns - Support annual financial statement preparation - Maintain strong financial controls and identify process improvements - Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight for decision-making - Collaborate with the Group Finance team on reporting, systems and continuous improvement
