Senior Finance Manager, EMEA Financial Reporting, will lead the EMEA Financial Reporting function in a complex multi-country, multi-entity environment. This is a reporting and controllership-led role (not FP&A-led), with ownership of financial reporting, balance sheet governance, statutory accounts, audit delivery and control effectiveness across the region. The role also drives finance transformation, including Oracle Fusion implementation, process standardisation, automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Role responsibilities: - Lead the EMEA month-end, quarter-end and year-end close timetable, ensure timely, accurate and well-controlled reporting across entities. - Deliver entity and consolidated financial reporting, maintain strong balance sheet governance with reconciliations and controls, and resolve issues promptly. - Lead EMEA statutory audit activity, coordinating schedules and supporting evidence; own preparation, review and filing of statutory financial statements across EMEA; manage mixed model of audited and non-audited entities. - Define information requirements, review outputs from local accounting partners, ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance; ensure all statutory reporting and filing obligations meet local regulations and deadlines. - Maintain and improve regional financial controls, track audit findings, and drive sustainable improvements; promote accountability, quality and audit readiness within the Financial Reporting team. - Lead, coach and develop a team (approximately 8 staff); act as senior in-region SME, building relationships across global
