This role balances platform optimization and data hygiene with hands-on dashboard development, standardizing and modernizing our BI environment, and translating business needs into intuitive analytics. Responsibilities include building dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making; performing trend analysis across multiple locations to identify key insights; collaborating with finance, marketing, operations, technical, and training teams to gather requirements and deliver timely reporting solutions; maintaining data integrity and governance practices, and educating users on self-service reporting tools. The role will report to the Support Center in Houston, Texas, with a hybrid schedule that may include remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Some travel (<10%) may be required for conferences or offsite meetings. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or BI. Technical skills include SQL, advanced Excel, and experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau; familiarity with AI-assisted tools to support SQL writing and documentation.
