Accountant

Schultz Shipping Group is seeking an Accountant to join the finance function and take a central role in ongoing accounting for nine companies within the Kalundborg Holding Group, with responsibility for the consolidation of an additional ten entities. You will be part of the team handling accounts payable, financial accounting, payments and bank reconciliations, monthly closings, VAT, accruals, year-end activities, audit and reporting, and cross-company collaboration. You will contribute to process improvements and digitization to increase efficiency.

Who you are: - Relevant education with solid accounting knowledge; experience in an in-house finance function at a small/medium sized business or in the audit industry. - Structured, detail-oriented, and able to see the big picture. - Proficient with Excel and interested in IT/data; collaborative and service-minded; fluent in Danish and able to use English in group-wide work. - Experience with Business Central is a plus.
