Teltonika's Telematics business unit is seeking a meticulous and proactive People Operations Specialist to help keep HR processes smooth, structured, and compliant. This on-site role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will prepare, administer, and oversee documents regulating employment relationships; draft official letters and HR-related documents; advise employees on matters related to the Lithuanian Labour Code; develop and manage personnel databases; collaborate with government authorities regarding the employment of foreign staff; and work closely with colleagues across other departments. Requirements include a strong understanding of the Lithuanian Labour Code and HR administration, experience with HR systems (Rivilė) and personnel data management, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and English proficiency. A proactive mindset to improve HR processes is essential.
