The Flight Operations Recruiter is responsible for managing recruitment activities across the organization, with a primary focus on pilot recruitment. The role supports the attraction, selection and hiring of qualified candidates while ensuring an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. The position works closely with the Fleet Manager and operational departments to ensure recruitment needs are met in line with Marabu Airlines' standards.
