Atlanta Community Food Bank is seeking a Board Operations Program Manager II to lead governance operations for the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and all Board committees from our East Point, Georgia location on a hybrid schedule. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and collaborating with the CEO, this role ensures the board functions smoothly, stays aligned, and receives timely information. The role manages all board and committee operations, prepares content for senior leaders, and builds strong relationships with Board members to maintain engagement and clarity. It also supports cross-functional initiatives in development, fundraising, and strategic planning, and leads special projects to strengthen governance and organizational capacity.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up for board and committee meetings (agendas, materials, logistics, and post-meeting action items); coordinating meetings and follow-ups; refining reports and presentations; maintaining governance documentation (minutes, charters, policies, and the Board Manual); managing board systems (board portal, data infrastructure, board management software); and ensuring cadence and deadlines. Cross-functional support includes partnering with the President/CEO to align goals, guiding content relevance, supporting development and fundraising activities, and assisting with strategic planning and risk management.
