The role provides first-level HR and payroll support to Department Heads, handles inquiries via a ticketing system, and escalates complex matters to the France People Operations Business Partner as needed. Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through changes and post-hire administration; posting and closing vacancies in SmartRecruiters and Workday; initiating and validating position and employee changes in Workday; supporting recruitment and candidate experience; administering HR tasks across Workday and other People & Culture systems; and providing onboarding and ongoing employee experience support. You will oversee onboarding documentation, forms validation, onboarding workflow configuration in Workday, new hire communications, and feedback collection for continuous improvement. Additional duties include assisting with performance management administration, maintaining accurate HR records for compliance, benefits administration, leave management, and collaborating with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have HR/People Operations experience, familiarity with HRIS/ATS (Workday/SmartRecruiters), strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
