About the role

Picadeli, a leading global food-tech company with 2500 salad bars across Europe and the US, is seeking a People Operations Manager at our Gothenburg headquarters. We require an international HR professional with senior experience in HRBP or HRIS, with a track record of digitizing HR processes and leveraging AI to advance human resources. You will be a strategic yet hands-on partner to the CHRO, supporting managers and employees while driving AI-enabled improvements. The mission includes digitalizing manual HR processes across markets (onboarding, contracts, approvals, reporting) and advancing our HiBob platform to improve efficiency, data quality, and compliance with local labor law.

Responsibilities

Your profile:

Lead HR processes and digitalization; own onboarding and the group onboarding program end to end.
Manage HR policies, system questions, labor law and collective agreements; ensure compliance.
Map future skills, identify talent early, and implement development programs.
Oversee employee surveys and engagement, turning feedback into action plans.
Own annual pay equity analysis and salary reviews; ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Manage administration and documentation, annual reporting, sick leave, collective agreements, benefits portal; maintain a healthy and compliant work environment.
Collaborate with the CHRO and a strong in-house Tech/AI team to shape the HR strategy for tomorrow.
International background, ideally from a scale-up, with broad HR expertise and a passion for using AI and data in HR.
