Be levels is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, including recording and posting customer and supplier invoices, journal entries, and document control; reconciling bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, identifying and resolving discrepancies; and providing support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes. This on-site, Madrid-based position requires preparing information for tax declarations (VAT, personal income tax, and corporate tax) in coordination with external advisors. It also includes controlling and monitoring receipts and payments, and supporting treasury management; plus handling general administrative tasks for the department such as filing and digitization of documents, supplier liaison, order management, and cross-departmental support. You will also contribute to improving administrative and accounting processes in the area.
