We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with questions about payments, orders and accounts, and to ensure a smooth, professional experience with ViaBill.

What you will do: - Support customers with questions related to payments, orders, and accounts - Resolve cases in a clear, friendly, and solution-oriented manner - Follow internal procedures and guidelines, including compliance-related checks - Accurately register and document cases in our support system - Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team - Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Support and Operations
