We operate with an error budget, track KPIs, and foster observability, while adapting SRE and Agile practices to fit our context.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a key contributor, applying your experience to: - Shape architectural vision for our future platforms. - Improve performance and reliability of our current systems. - Embed security early in the development lifecycle with a DevSecOps shift-left mindset. - Automate toil to boost efficiency and ensure sustainable operations. You will also participate in structured incident response, post-mortems, and predictable, paid on-call rotations designed to respect your personal time.

What you bring: - Deep expertise in Linux, containerization, and production-grade AWS. - Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of modern, distributed systems. - Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (ElasticSearch, Fluentd, Prometheus, OpsGenie). - Ability to enable seamless, self-service deployments via robust CI/CD pipelines. - Foundational IT security concepts (Penetration Testing, lateral movement, XSS, SQLi, tc). - A genuine willingness to share knowledge and learn together.
