Responsibilities

• Promote the company's HVAC services and develop new business through strategic outreach and client engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer development and long-term loyalty
• Prepare cost projections and budgets based on labor, materials, and scope of work
• Develop written proposals to clearly communicate scope, pricing, and timelines
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines
• Monitor costs and control expenses to stay within budget
• Ensure quality and performance, verifying work meets or exceeds expectations
• Manage invoicing and cash flow, including prompt invoicing and follow-up on payments
• Administer warranty issues and prompt resolution of warranty claims
• Review contractual scope and project documents (drawings, submittals, equipment operations, maintenance manuals)
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
• Represent the company and promote consistent project execution
• Understand and adhere to company values and procedures

• 5 years of HVAC or plumbing experience or vocational training
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software
