We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead all engineering activities for major Oil & Gas projects. This is an on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all engineering activities through the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. - Oversee preparation, review, and approval of in-house and subcontractor engineering documents. - Review and approve design inputs, development plans, verification, changes, and outputs. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, classification societies, and third-party agencies. - Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues. - Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers and Designers. - Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, international codes, and company procedures. - Manage document control systems, revision management, and traceability. - Monitor progress against schedules and support project teams to milestones. - Ensure compliance with project quality objectives and implement corrective actions. - Provide technical guidance to Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and Project Management. - Coordinate design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOP/HAZID su
