Senior Account Manager (Mat Cover, 9 Months FTC) based in Watford, United Kingdom. WPP Production, the global production arm of WPP, is seeking an experienced client services professional to join our hybrid-working team and manage the TJX account. In this role you will oversee projects from brief to final delivery, coordinating with TJX’s onsite team and internal Creative, Digital and Production colleagues to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will be the primary liaison with TJX stakeholders and agencies, prepare client proposals, present work, provide weekly status updates, and manage client expectations. You will coordinate between all parties, track progress against schedules, SLAs and KPIs, and ensure effective workflows using tools such as Workfront and Trello. You will also mentor junior team members and provide administrative support as required. Requirements include strong time management, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, fluent English, a proactive, team-oriented attitude, and solid IT literacy. Experience managing multi-market accounts in retail and familiarity with creative, branding, social, digital or print production is desirable. The hybrid model combines in-office collaboration with remote work, with onsite activity at the TJX office in Watford two to three times per week and occasional days at the WPP Production office in London.
