We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This on-site role requires partnering with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR teams, and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and fit for open positions.
Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and positive candidate experience.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HR Business Partners; manage complex calendars and ensure timely scheduling for virtual, onsite, and panel interviews.
Prepare and distribute interview schedules, confirmations, and relevant documentation.
