We are looking for a dynamic Implementation Project Manager to lead customer implementations of the Papaya EoR and payroll solutions. This is an on-site, London-based role that is customer-facing and drives the delivery of implementations, coordinates projects and tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to implementation team members, senior management, and customers. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered workflows and automations to improve project execution, customer communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.

You will: - Manage all phases of customer onboarding and develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, status reports, and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. - Create, optimize, and drive schedules and project plans across cross-functional teams, partners, and customers. - Anticipate and resolve resistance or setbacks, work well with others during conflicts, align objectives, and keep projects on schedule. - Lead customer interactions as the point of contact throughout the implementation, including scheduling and hosting weekly implementation meetings, preparing status reports, and following up on outstanding deliverables. - Plan and schedule multiple simultaneous customer implementation projects. - Partner with Implementation and Onboarding Managers on delivery of projects within a larger program of customer work. - Monitor and measure program/project performan
