Hybrid Remote Support Engineer in Barcelona, Spain, supporting industrial 3D printers and delivering expert remote troubleshooting with on-site dispatch when needed. In this role you will remotely resolve hardware and software issues for our customers, document case history in CRM, contribute to the Knowledge Management System, and assist Care Center Agents and customers on product features, specifications, parts information, and technical aspects. When remote resolution is not possible, you will trigger on-site parts and/or Field Service Engineer dispatch. Requirements include native or proficient English and a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical) or equivalent, plus the ability to work in a diverse environment and strong organizational skills. Nice-to-have items include experience in customer-facing roles, graphics arts products, ability to read electrical diagrams, and experience with additive manufacturing, 3D modeling software (Magics/Materialize, NetFabb/Autodesk) and 3D printing workflows.
