Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Product Management team in a hybrid role based in San Jose, California (three days on-site per week). You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for Data Security products, including Web Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Email DLP, and define requirements using market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback. You will partner with cross-functional teams—Engineering, UX, Support, Operations, Sales, and Marketing—to bring ideas from concept to successful delivery. You will support product deployment and sales enablement in beta and production environments and drive go-to-market plans to ensure adoption and measurable product success. The ideal candidate has foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies, 5+ years of product management experience delivering Cyber Security solutions, and experience with Data Loss Prevention and data classification products. A strong technical foundation in Data Security, Email, Proxy, CASB, DSPM, and related technologies is required. Preferred qualifications include experience building roadmaps for Data Security/DLP or AI-based data classification, a technical degree or hands-on engineering background, and knowledge of browsers, endpoint agents, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
