Rotork is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team with quality assurance, defect resolution, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. You will oversee quality across operations, ensuring that products, processes and systems meet high standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols to ensure compliance with established standards, conduct regular audits and inspections, and address internal and external non-conformities. You will analyze performance data to monitor quality trends and support continuous improvement. The role includes leading root cause analyses and managing corrective actions, providing training to staff on current quality standards and best practices, and contributing to project plans to ensure quality requirements are defined and met from the outset. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, 3–4 years of experience, ability to read and interpret complex drawings, knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems, and proficiency with quality tools (fishbone, 5 Whys, 8D, Pareto). Fluency in English and Italian, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with basic GD&T and Lean are preferred. Proficiency in Excel and Word and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
