We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Programme Management team in Cambridge, United Kingdom, with hybrid working arrangements. The role involves leading technically complex hardware projects from concept through customer delivery, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement and quality teams, and ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and regulatory and quality standards. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders, managing project risks, schedules, resources and commercial performance, and supporting customer meetings and technical discussions. The successful candidate will have proven project management experience delivering engineering or manufacturing projects involving physical hardware, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain. Desirable qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Science, APMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent, and experience in Space, Defence, Satellite Communications or Electronics sectors with knowledge of RF, microwave or electronic technologies.
