PHMG is seeking a Product Owner for Communication Channels & AI to own and continuously improve its technical product portfolio, including Cloud Telephony, AI Receptionist and CCE. You will translate client needs, technology capabilities and commercial priorities into scalable products and service models that drive client value, adoption and growth, while ensuring operational readiness and cross-functional alignment.

Over the next two releases, you will lead the evolution of the portfolio by integrating product performance, platform capabilities, roadmap execution, client outcomes, commercial discipline and partner considerations into a single, coherent improvement agenda.

Key responsibilities: - Own the strategy, design and ongoing performance of Cloud Telephony, AI Receptionist and CCE. - Define a clear, prioritized roadmap balancing client value, technical feasibility, commercial return, operational capacity and partner dependencies. - Ensure products are effectively positioned, sold, onboarded, serviced and renewed to deliver measurable client value. - Define standards, service models and client journeys that CS and Technical Production can execute consistently. - Make deliberate build/buy/partner decisions to keep product direction commercially disciplined and scalable.
