This hybrid role involves analysing market trends, customer behaviours and competitive activity to identify opportunities and make data-led recommendations that shape the performance of our deposit products, including savings and current accounts. The role sits in Banking & Savings and offers visibility within the organisation, with opportunities to influence pricing decisions and drive financial outcomes for members. You will translate complex data into actionable insights using advanced Excel and Power BI, present findings to senior stakeholders and ExCo-level audiences, and collaborate across the business to support product and wider strategy. Responsibilities include developing pricing proposals and operational forecasts, supporting new product propositions, and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions that support growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have proven experience turning large datasets into insights, strong data visualisation skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering analytical projects in financial services or a similarly regulated environment. Nationwide supports flexible and hybrid working; you will be based at your nearest regional office or hub and, in some locations, may be asked to spend two days per week in the office (or 40% of your time if part-time).
