This position involves operating and maintaining Kubernetes platforms across public and private cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance. You will monitor platform health, manage incidents end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, and conduct post-incident reviews. You will maintain actionable observability through alerting, runbooks, and documentation. You will support client onboarding and deliver platform improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. You will develop automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and streamline processes. You will manage platform capacity, upgrades and lifecycle activities to ensure infrastructure remains current and able to meet demand. Qualifications include proven experience as a Platform Engineer with hands-on Kubernetes production experience; strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across application and infrastructure environments; automation and scripting experience, including Unix scripting; proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python or Java; strong Linux/Unix command-line fundamentals and experience in cloud environments; knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and observability tools such as Helm, Terraform, Grafana or Prometheus is advantageous.
