We are seeking a Junior Document Controller to join the Document Control team within the Digital Methods and Tools Department based in Zoetermeer, Netherlands.

As Junior Document Controller you will be responsible for administering TEN.NL generated engineering documents and vendor documents in the Electronic Document Management System, in line with project and company requirements. You will work with the Project Manager and section lead to define priorities and coordinate with the Execution Department to prepare final vendor documentation.

You will help set up relevant databases, create customer records and document numbers, and prepare documents for transmittal to clients according to project procedures. You will support vendors in sending documents to the document control system, coordinate priorities with senior document control and project management, and prepare end documentation with timely issue and content coordination. You will collect information for reports and work confidently with large datasets. You will automate data handling between systems (PLM, SharePoint, Excel, vendor trackers and project databases) and support archiving in line with TEN.NL Information Governance policies while maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders and Technip entities.
