As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliability, availability, and scalability of our Managed OpenShift platforms. You will combine software engineering, automation, and operational expertise to continuously improve the service, focusing on preventing disruptions and increasing stability. Working with an Everything-as-Code mindset, you will help advance our cloud-native platform services. With data, automation, and observability, you will ensure our platforms remain secure, resilient, and efficient, delivering direct impact on mission-critical services for our customers. In this role you will: increase the availability and stability of our OpenShift platforms; define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets; conduct reliability reviews and platform health assessments; reduce operational risk and technical debt; automate management activities with GitOps, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes Operators, and CI/CD pipelines; develop and manage observability solutions with Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, and the LGTM
