We are recruiting a one-year HR Business Partner to be the dedicated partner for Central Services in Zoetermeer, working closely with managers and team leaders across staff and support functions to advise on all people, teams and organizational development matters. You will not only advise remotely; you will actively engage with the organization, translating workforce insights into practical advice aligned with the strategy of Rexel and Wasco. One day you may lead a change initiative; the next day you might coach a manager through a complex case or contribute to talent development, performance, Diversity & Inclusion, digitalization and AI. You will have considerable autonomy while being part of a professional HR team where collaboration is central. Responsibilities include: strategic and tactical advising of managers on HR and organizational issues (change programs, absence management, workforce planning); coaching and supporting leaders in performance, development and leadership; supporting onboarding, transfers and offboarding; contributing to HR projects impacting Rexel and Wasco; ensuring consistent application of HR policy across sites. Requirements: you are a strong partner who can switch between operations and strategy, understands managers' needs, dares to ask questions and knows when to advise, coach or steer.
