We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer implementations of Papaya's Employer of Record (EoR) and payroll solutions. This client-facing, on-site role is based in London, United Kingdom, and will drive implementation delivery, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans and schedules, producing status reports, and maintaining processes to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. You will steer multiple concurrent implementations, set agendas for weekly meetings, and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to identify additional services and opportunities to add value. You will leverage AI-powered workflows and no/low-code automations to streamline project tracking, reporting, documentation, task management, and communications, and identify practical AI applications to improve project visibility, scalability, and efficiency.
