ABM is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – Facilities & Innovation to identify, develop and implement innovative technologies, digital solutions and business intelligence tools that improve operational performance, productivity, client experience and commercial value across ABM’s facilities services operations, with a focus on cleaning services. The role combines hands-on business intelligence capability with broader innovation and transformation leadership. The successful candidate will work across Operations, Technology, Business Intelligence, Client Engagement and third-party partners to turn ideas and data into scalable, measurable solutions for ABM’s major client accounts in London and across the UK.
