In this role you will be the first point of contact for IT support across Europe, helping to support over 20,000 users across 500 sites and ensuring smooth operations for laboratories, offices, and VIP users. You will handle a range of IT issues including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Windows 10/11, Identity and Access Management, printing and patching, application triage, ticket registration and escalation to 2nd line when needed, and contributing to knowledge base improvements. The position is based in Barcelona, Spain with a minimum of three days per week in the office (hybrid).
