Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join its multilingual Service Desk in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for IT support across Europe, supporting over 20,000 users across 500 sites including laboratories, offices, and VIP users. The role covers a broad range of IT issues from Microsoft 365 to workplace hardware, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. This hybrid position is based in Barcelona, Spain with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Key duties: - Provide 1st line IT support for end users across Europe - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Windows 10/11, Identity & Access Management, printing and patching, and application triage - Log, classify, and follow up on tickets using internal processes; escalate complex issues to 2nd line support when needed - Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and service catalog improvements - Identify and document workarounds and recurring issues
