Head of Product – Propositions leads the Space, Range & Display and Clothing domains, shaping the long-term product vision and strategy for propositions across Sainsbury's store estate. You will own the technology capabilities that determine how store space is planned, ranges are formed and products are displayed, enabling the commercial strategy to be translated into compelling customer experiences.

What you will do

- Lead product leadership: define and communicate a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap for the Propositions product domain; align multiple product strategies into a coherent, long-term plan; own prioritisation balancing transformation, operational excellence and business value; define measurable outcomes and success metrics; build relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Retail, Property, Supply Chain and Technology; represent the domain in governance forums and influence investment decisions.
