About the role

X-Ray Field Service Engineer to deliver technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Agfa Radiology’s imaging products. You will travel to customer sites and be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and related ICT/electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance. You will act as a liaison between Agfa Radiology Solutions and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.

Maintain all test equipment, tools and company property in good condition and process spare parts in accordance with policy.

Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Identify and escalate situations impacting customer satisfaction and/or contractual obligations.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve goals.
HNC/D degree in electromechanics, electronics, computer science or engineering; or equivalent extensive experience.
Ideally, previous field service experience performing similar duties.
Strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills.
Full UK driving license.
Dynamic global organization with a history of innovation and strong product portfolio.
