Our cricket team maintains a best-in-class cricket prediction platform used to place tens of thousands of bets daily. The team’s tech stack includes Python for backend development, JavaScript with Vue.js for frontend, Linux servers, RabbitMQ and ZeroMQ for messaging, PostgreSQL for data storage, and Websockets for real-time interfaces, with Observability via Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix. We are looking for a hands-on Cricket Development Team Lead to guide the cricket development program and keep delivering fast, accurate match predictions across global matches. As the Team Lead, you will work with Product Owners to scope and prioritize tasks, define a clear technical and team strategy, and ensure maintainability, scalability, and reliability. You will lead architectural decisions, support developers, and actively contribute to delivery while driving improvements to ETL pipelines and system performance. You will collaborate with quants and traders to improve system flexibility, speed, and accuracy, and participate in our out-of-hours support rota.
