The role provides business analysis services to support AJ Bell's growth and cost targets and involves modelling business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, gathering and validating requirements, and producing business analysis deliverables in line with organisational standards. You will facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, define user acceptance tests for new or improved IT systems, and support both internal development teams and external suppliers in change implementations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working in an Agile environment, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and knowledge of regulatory/compliance protocols are desirable.
