Aramis Group is seeking an AI / Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI to design, deploy and scale LLM-powered solutions across the organization. This role is based in Cachan, Île-de-France, France, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site per week, 2 days remote). You will join a multidisciplinary data team delivering high-impact use cases for customers and employees. Responsibilities include designing, developing and deploying conversational AI agents; working on voice-based use cases such as AI-powered call handling, speech-to-text and text-to-speech; integrating LLMs, APIs, vector databases and RAG architectures into business applications; building and maintaining robust data and AI pipelines using Python, SQL, Docker and cloud technologies; monitoring production systems, investigating incidents and communicating releases and issues proactively; evaluating build-vs-buy decisions; sharing findings to keep the team up-to-date with the fast-changing Generative AI ecosystem; and ensuring the safety, quality and reliability of the solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Docker, and practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures and vector databases, as well as excellent collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
