Location: Espoo, Finland (Denmark is preferred as a primary location), with coverage across Norway, Finland, and Denmark. This is a senior, strategic role that balances planning with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing plans to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support regional business objectives. You will collaborate with Sales, BU leaders, and local category marketing teams to drive demand generation, plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, partner activities, digital campaigns, thought leadership programs, and industry conferences. You will act as the primary Denmark marketing lead, drive country-specific flagship events, manage campaign performance and ROI, and coordinate with regional and global teams to leverage assets.
