Compensation includes a base pay of $20 per hour plus bonuses for meeting quotas, with the bonus potentially exceeding the base pay. Responsibilities include consistently achieving monthly sales objectives, maintaining a high volume of proactive outbound outreach and live conversations with prospects, and thorough documentation of activities with timely follow-up. About you: at least 1 year of cold-calling experience (not necessarily in sales), a bachelor’s degree, the ability to follow the full sales process from prospecting to close, B2B experience is a plus, a can-do attitude, the ability to learn our industry and talking points, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
