Shaker Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for a new in-house digital activation platform that manages paid media budgets across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok for Business. From discovery through build, launch, and ongoing operations, you will define the roadmap, write requirements, manage an offshore engineering team, and work closely with our digital activation practitioners to deliver a product that replaces existing vendor tooling with something built specifically for how Shaker operates.

From discovery through build, launch, and ongoing operations, you will define the roadmap, write requirements, manage an offshore engineering team, and work closely with our digital activation practitioners to deliver a product that replaces existing vendor tooling with something built specifically for how Shaker operates.
Key responsibilities: - Own the full product lifecycle for a new digital activation platform—from discovery and requirements through build, launch, and post-launch operations. - Define and maintain a phased product roadmap, balancing activation team needs, engineering dependencies, and business priorities. - Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories that an offshore engineering team can execute independently. - Lead discovery: audit existing automation workflows, document budget pacing logic, and validate third-party API capabilities. - Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives with the engineering team. - Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and the digital activation team—translating practitioner workflows into precise product specifications. - Work closely with the Lead Engineer to validate architecture decisions, API integration approach, and technical tradeoffs. - Define and oversee QA processes, leveraging AI-as
