Henkel is seeking a Marketing Data Scientist to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia, on a hybrid work model. You will develop and maintain statistical Marketing Mix Models (MMM) in Python using the Google Meridian library, analyze the impact of Henkel's marketing activities (TV, digital, promotions, pricing, etc.) on sales across selected markets, and translate analytical results into actionable insights to optimize marketing budget allocation and improve marketing effectiveness. You will collect, structure, and validate data from various internal and external sources, and collaborate with international marketing and business stakeholders to support data-driven decision making. You will drive continuous improvement of modeling methodologies, data quality, and analytical workflows.
