About the role

Essity is seeking a Brand Manager to drive growth for the TENA portfolio in the United Kingdom. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days per week in our Didsbury office and two days working from home. You will lead the execution of key brand activities for TENA, deliver the marketing strategy, and drive performance in the incontinence category. You’ll manage brand communications, promotions, and innovation projects, collaborating with teams across the UK and Europe to bring plans to market. From product development and creative agency collaboration to retail activation and consumer insight, you will ensure our brand activity is engaging, consistent, and commercially effective. You’ll also support the development and delivery of training programmes and educational materials, working with external partners to promote TENA products and build strong portfolio awareness.

You’ll thrive working cross-functionally, building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams and markets.
