German American Chamber of Commerce, West Coast (GACC West) is seeking a Marketing and Community Manager to strengthen its presence in Silicon Valley. Based in San Francisco, you will build and deepen GACC West's community of German decision makers, startups, founders, and ecosystem partners, and translate what you learn from that community into thought leadership, case studies, and content that shows German Mittelstand leaders what is possible. You will work closely with the Innovation Solutions team across programs, industries, and topics, and you will lead marketing strategy, content execution, partnerships, and event planning.

What you will do - Marketing Execution and Brand: Execute the marketing and content strategy across channels (newsletter, website, social media); maintain brand consistency; own the content calendar; run day to day digital marketing with data-driven optimization; introduce new formats and ideas. - Thought Leadership (German Audience): Translate Silicon Valley trends into content for German audiences; represent GACC West as a credible voice in German-US innovation exchange. - Community and Partnerships (Silicon Valley): Grow and nurture the community; manage Advisory Circle of 20 plus thought leaders; build partnerships with Silicon Valley players. - Team Leadership: Manage and develop a Marketing Trainee; potential to grow into leading the marketing department; collaborate with the Innovation Solutions team. - Case Studies and Sales Enablement: Turn program outcomes into case studies; coordinate with Germany-based team to translate content into c
