MASA is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Sunrise, Florida. The role will own MASA's digital marketing performance across seminar marketing, paid media, and conversion rate optimization, turning data into decisions and ideas into measurable growth. Responsibilities include owning the seminar digital marketing program end-to-end, translating performance data into recommendations that decrease cost per lead while increasing attendance, conversion, and ROI; introducing AI and automation to streamline workflows; leading full-funnel strategy for programmatic and native advertising to ensure the right creative reaches the right audience on time and on brand; building a creative testing engine, designing experiments, tracking winners, and applying findings to the team's next moves; owning the CRO testing roadmap across landing pages, ecommerce experiences, and offer messaging in collaboration with design and copy; connecting creative, offer, and funnel performance to report insights that shape future MASA marketing.
