Zone Retailer Marketing Manager (Camden, New Jersey, United States) – On-site

Summary: Responsible for the zone-level execution of Subaru’s brand strategy with a specific focus on retailer marketing and advancing the ‘More than a Car Dealer’ commitment. This role guides District Sales Managers and Zone retailers to increase demand and meet sales targets, balancing marketing activities with sales operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the communications liaison for all marketing initiatives (brand, product, retailer programs), Sales, and Incentives between District Sales Managers and zone retailers.
Lead and oversee retailer enrollment and engagement in Subaru marketing programs including Love Promise, Relationship and Owner programs; provide direction on program activation and counsel retailers on marketing efforts.
Provide zone marketing direction on applying marketing resources to District Managers; share zone intelligence and strategies with marketing support partners (Carmichael Lynch, Dealer.com, Shift Digital, Care Connect field teams).
Manage the zone portion of budgets for the Regional Discretionary Fund (RDF) incentives, media spend, marketing promotions, and selling expenses; coordinate with Regional Marketing Manager and National Incentives Program Manager for budget planning; communicate programs and challenges to retailers and District Managers.
Work with DSMs and Zone retailers to optimize use of the Subaru Advertising Fund (SAF); assist retailers in developing Love Promise plans and promotional activities.
