You will be in the field with canvassers on a weekly basis and provide performance coaching; maintain accurate hours reporting and ensure wage-hour compliance. Use SalesRabbit to monitor, track, and report on field activity, and keep neat, legible paperwork. The position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and requires a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $24-$32 plus commission: $250 for each closed sale from an appointment, with potential earnings up to about $6,000 per month including base and commission.
