The role: This is a high-impact opportunity for a passionate customer marketer who can lead, build, and deliver. You will turn customer enthusiasm, success stories, and initiatives into a connected, repeatable, and measurable programme that scales. You’ll set direction, create structure, and also roll up your sleeves to execute. You will own and scale customer advocacy, develop compelling content, and build a connected customer journey and community. You will help build our Customer Advisory Board and speaker programmes, and define success metrics to demonstrate impact on advocacy, engagement, retention, expansion and pipeline.
