Lely is seeking a Hub & Tooling Specialist to join our Digital Operations Center in Maassluis, Netherlands. In this hybrid role, you monitor the health, performance, and availability of the Lely Hub platform and central technician tooling, resolve complex operational incidents, coordinate releases, and drive improvements across monitoring, security, and access management. You will work closely with Product Development teams and operational stakeholders to translate field feedback into structural improvements and maintain up-to-date documentation, procedures, and knowledge materials, while training technicians as needed. Qualifications include a technical or IT background, a bachelor-level qualification, at least 3 years of experience in IT operations or application support, experience with monitoring solutions, and a proactive mindset focused on operational excellence. Residence in the Netherlands with a valid work permit is required, sponsorship is not provided. After completing internal training, you may participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. The position offers a hybrid work policy (at least three days per week on campus) with flexible hours, plus on-site facilities, a shuttle to the Maassluis metro, and access to campus amenities.
