Senior User Experience Designer at Red Badger is an integral part of a client-facing cross-functional team working in Lean Agile ways of working. You will understand client and user needs and design ways to deliver value. You will facilitate workshops and design sprints, coach others in Design Thinking, Lean, and Human-Centered Design, and work with Product Directors on sales activities. You will influence backlog prioritisation and align stakeholders on product strategy and outcomes. You will build Red Badger's product capability, mentor other designers, share knowledge, and contribute to the company's design practice.
