Mous is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take strategic ownership of the Amazon marketplace, a fast-growing £8M P&L central to our commercial strategy. This role involves owning the end-to-end channel strategy and performance, including advertising, inventory, and content, and turning data into actionable commercial recommendations.

Role responsibilities: - Own the strategy and end-to-end performance of Mous’ Amazon marketplace, including advertising, inventory, and content. - Lead end-to-end performance reporting across the channel (sales, stock availability, aged inventory; paid vs brand performance), translating data into actionable commercial recommendations. - Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams across advertising, inventory and content to execute the strategy. - Partner with the Growth team to shape Amazon advertising and ensure alignment with wider commercial objectives. - Use the channel to identify and scope international expansion opportunities. - Own planning for major trading events (Prime Day, Black Friday) and ensure the wider team is prepared. - Manage and develop the Marketplaces Executive, providing structure and direction as the team grows. - Make commercial and project-management decisions across pricing, promotions and inventory planning to keep the channel on track.
