Responsibilities include market analysis, defining product requirements, creating user stories and wireframes, and working with development, QA, and technical writers to deliver customer-focused solutions. You will partner with customers through co-design workshops and user groups to capture insights and shape roadmaps, build business cases including market uptake and pricing, and support pre-sales and launches. You will also liaise with suppliers and integrators as needed and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences. Essential criteria include experience in UK Social Housing, solid understanding of project lifecycles, UI/UX and Agile product development, and familiarity with housing management, document management, case management, and/or customer engagement solutions.
